A high-consistency refiner with a self-weight of 8 tons generates significant vibration during operation due to the relative movement between the high-speed rotating rotor disc and the stationary stator disc, as well as the impact of fibers and mechanical transmission forces.

These vibrations can cause unstable clearance between the refining discs, affecting the uniformity and efficiency of fiber refining. Therefore, an effective vibration isolation solution is required to improve equipment stability and processing performance.

ALJ-33 rubber isolatorBased on the operating conditions and vibration characteristics of the equipment, ALJ-33 Series Metal Rubber Vibration Isolators are recommended.

The refiner weighs 8 tons and is supported by 8 vibration isolators. After accurate load calculation, the ALJ-33218 model was selected. Each mounting point carries approximately 1,500 kg, which is within the optimal load range of this model, ensuring effective vibration isolation performance.ALJ-33F rubber isolator

If more installation holes or higher lateral stability are required, the ALJ-33268F model can also be selected. This model features multiple mounting holes, a wider load range, and higher lateral stiffness, helping the equipment operate more smoothly under dynamic conditions.
