Working Principle

The stone remover is mainly used to separate heavy impurities such as stones mixed in grain. Its core principle leverages the difference in specific gravity (density) among materials: an upward airflow generated by a fan suspends lighter grains, while a vibrating motor drives the screen plate in high-frequency reciprocating motion, allowing heavier stones to be “screened out” and separated.

Under the combined effects of airflow impact, motor excitation, and mechanical motion of the screen plate, the equipment generates strong and continuous vibration. When such equipment is installed on an upper floor, it can easily cause structural resonance of the floor slab, posing a threat to building safety and severely disturbing the normal production environment of the workshop.

Upgrade suggestion for higher stability:
If the site has high requirements for limiting equipment sway, or if excessive sway may affect production, it is recommended to select one size larger (i.e., ALJ-52006). A larger model provides significantly improved lateral stiffness, thus offering better stability.
