We recommend the ALJ-81661 wire rope vibration isolator, combined with a high-elastic rubber layer integrated between steel mounting plates, to achieve optimal performance.
• Low-Frequency Isolation Performance
Constructed entirely from 304 stainless steel, each wire rope strand consists of 7×19 high-strength wires precisely twisted together.
During operation, micro-sliding and friction occur between individual wires, generating inherent damping. This natural damping mechanism is highly effective in dissipating the low-frequency vibrations typical of generator sets, significantly reducing vibration transmission to the vehicle structure.
• Superior Shock Resistance
Although the primary requirement focuses on stationary isolation, real-world vehicle conditions demand robust protection against dynamic impacts.
The integration of a rubber buffer within the isolator assembly provides additional limit restraint and cushioning. This design effectively prevents rigid collisions during road shocks, bumps, or sudden braking, ensuring system safety and reliability under dynamic conditions.
