The customer operates 40 narrow fabric weaving machines, each weighing approximately 800 kg. After relocating the production workshop to an upper floor, vibration generated during machine operation began transmitting through the building structure, causing noticeable floor vibration. This not only affected the working environment but also introduced potential risks to the structural safety of the floor slab.
To address this issue, Anlijing recommends the use of the ALJ-51 Air Spring Isolator Series, specifically designed for industrial electromechanical equipment vibration isolation.
For this application and equipment load condition, the recommended model is the ALJ-51004 Air Spring Isolator.
Installed between the machine base and the floor structure, the isolators effectively reduce vibration transmission, minimize structure-borne noise, and improve operational stability while protecting the building structure.

Manufactured using an integrated vulcanized natural rubber process, the air spring features a thick, highly elastic rubber body with excellent durability and resilience.
By utilizing compressed air as the elastic medium, the system achieves an ultra-low natural frequency, enabling highly effective low-frequency vibration isolation with vibration reduction efficiency exceeding 90%.
The oversized air chamber provides sufficient load-bearing capacity and stable support, ensuring reliable machine operation under continuous industrial working conditions.
The isolator significantly reduces operational vibration, airborne noise, and structure-borne sound transmission, helping improve workplace comfort while protecting the floor structure from long-term vibration impact.
No complex foundation modification is required. The isolators can be directly installed between the equipment feet and the floor, reducing installation time and project costs.
Every isolator undergoes strict factory testing before delivery, including high-pressure airtightness testing and durability fatigue testing, ensuring long-term reliability under high-frequency industrial operation.
