Vehicle-mounted and shipboard display systems do not generate vibration themselves. However, during vehicle operation or ship navigation, external shocks and vibrations generated by engines, road conditions, waves, and structural movement can be transmitted to the display equipment.
Continuous vibration may cause fatigue damage to mounting brackets, connectors, and internal components, affecting the service life and reliability of the display system.
A side-mounted vehicle TV/display system with a weight of 50 kg, a length of 1.9 m, and a height of 1.1 m was installed on a vehicle operating under long-term rough road conditions.
Due to continuous vibration and impact loads during operation, the fixing points of the display frequently failed, and an effective vibration isolation solution was urgently required.
Based on the customer's application requirements, Anlijing Vibration Reduction Technology Co., Ltd. recommended a wire rope isolator solution.
According to the display weight, dimensions, mounting method, operating environment, and road vibration conditions, a safety factor of 2.0 was applied during calculation.
After vibration isolation analysis and load matching, the recommended model was:

· 304 stainless steel wire rope

Each strand of the wire rope is composed of 7 × 19 steel wires twisted together.
During vibration, relative movement and friction occur between individual wires, generating natural damping characteristics.
This structure enables the isolator to:

Side-mounted Installation Instructions
For side-mounted display applications, proper installation is critical to ensure optimal vibration isolation performance.
During installation:
1. Support the equipment securely before installation.
2. Install all isolators completely while the equipment is supported.
3. Only after all isolators are correctly installed should the equipment be lowered to allow the isolators to bear the load simultaneously.
Avoid applying the full load to individual isolators during installation, as uneven loading may cause premature deformation or reduce vibration isolation performance.
